Andy Bond
Andy grew up in Massachusetts before heading west to attend college. His passion for skiing and climbing kept him here, and in 2008 he started guiding with RMI Expeditions. Andy guided several routes on Mt. Rainier, and has climbed and skied several more, as well as guiding trips on Denali. He took a hiatus for a few years to focus on ski patrolling and developing a GIS application for avalanche mapping. This led him to found the Taos Avalanche Center, where he is executive director and forecaster. Andy returned to RMI in 2017 and is looking forward to helping clients attain their goals on Mt. Rainier and beyond.
