Adam Knoff called in at 3:50 p.m. PT from the base of Washburn's Thumb. The team is on their move to 17K Camp to get into position for their summit bid. All is well and the weather is good.

Nelson, Woke up this morning and still cannot believe that you called. What a treat! I passed the potential summit news on to Spencer and Jennifer. John, so happy to hear your voice! How exciting to hear you are pushing for the summit-stay strong as I know you are…the top of North America, I am sure there are no words to describe the magnificence. You are in my thoughts and prayers incessantly. With you every step. Listed my Dad’s house yesterday and this one Monday…things are hectic, but nothing I can’t handle. Tim, It was great to hear your voice again! You sound tired, but happy. I am happy your weather window is looking positive for your team’s bid for the Summit. The first day of cherry harvest seemed to go very well. Lots of pickers and these kids are doing so well, as usual. Ismael is FABULOUS! I think his $ should increase. He is so totally capable of managing this orchard and does so many things that make it a smooth ride for my dad. We’ll talk about that when you get home.
