How can I register for an RMI Expeditions Program?

What does the registration process entail?
All initial registrations can be completed online. Once a registration is complete and all required information is provided, a member of the RMI Team will review your registration before processing your payment and confirming your registration for the trip. (Please allow two business days for payments to be processed.)
What information do I need to register for a trip?
At a minimum you will need the following for each climber:
- Name
- Email address (no duplicates)
- Dates of Birth
- Payment
All information will be reviewed by the RMI Team before confirming your registration.
How long will the registration take?
The complete registration process should take 10 - 15 minutes, plus 1 - 2 minutes for each additional climber.
Can I register multiple climbers?
Yes, you may register multiple climbers. You will need the Name, Email Address, and Date of Birth for all participants. The remainder of the registration information must be completed by each individual or their parent/legal guardian. Once you are registered and confirmed, the other participants will receive emails to complete their registration information. This information must be provided within 14 days of confirmation. Please note: by registering multiple participants, you assume FULL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY for ALL DEPOSIT & BALANCE payments for all participants. If you do not wish to pay the final balance for the additional climber(s), each participant must register individually.
Can I save my information and return later?
Yes, you may exit and return later. Please note that a pending registration is not a secure hold for those spaces. If you fail to return and complete the missing information within four (4) business days your registration will be cancelled.
When am I charged the deposit fee?
Your deposit will be charged once your registration has been reviewed and confirmed by the RMI Team. You will then be sent a Confirmation Email.
Am I charged if I cancel my registration before confirming?
No. Our aim is to make sure that the program is right for you. If after reviewing and discussing your registration with you we feel that the trip is not the right fit, your deposit will not be charged. However, once approved and payment processed Cancellation Policies will apply.
Am I done once I’ve completed the Registration?
Not quite, mountaineering is a challenging endeavor and we want to make sure that this is the right trip for you. Due to the intense and challenging environment of mountaineering, your registration must first be reviewed by a member of our team. If we have any questions or concerns, we will contact you directly before confirming your registration.
Can I register for more than one trip?
You may initiate a registration for only ONE climb at a time. If you would like to register for multiple climbs at once, please contact the RMI Office.
