Food Recommendations
All meals are included in this program with the exception of
travel days; please refer to the itinerary. Bottled water and
drinks are not included in the trip fee.
Food and meals are all included on this trip with the exception
of personal snacks and beverages. Plan to bring your favorite
snack food such as candy, nuts, dried fruit, power bars, etc.
for summit day or the occasional snack on the trail. We
recommend bringing 2-3 snacks per day for 5 days, and 5-6 snacks
for Summit Day. It is also a good idea to bring some flavored
drink mixes.
