Dave Hahn Nominated for ESPY Award! Congratulations to Dave Hahn for his recent nomination by ESPN for the "Best Outdoor Athlete" of 2008. Last McKinley Expedition Reaches the Summit! The last two RMI groups on Mount McKinley have reached the summit and are now off the mountain. Read the Mt. McKinley Dispatches for additional information. 10th Everest Summit! RMI Senior Guide Dave Hahn reached the summit of Mount Everest for the 10th time on May 26, 2008. He now has reached the summit of Everest more times than any other non-Sherpa climber. Rainier
The 2008 Mt. Rainier season is currently underway. Click the video to see footage of the July 8th summit climb. Looking for the perfect introduction to mountaineering? Try one of our Expedition Skills Seminars. We pioneered these multi-day, on-mountain instructional programs to prepare climbers for expeditions to other mountains. RMI also offers programs on other northwest peaks - Mt. Adams and Mt. Shuksan.
McKinley
The 2008 season marks the 33rd consecutive year RMI has been leading expeditions to the summit of the highest mountain in North America. Base Camp has been established on the SE Fork of the Kahiltna Glacier. There is a good snow pack in the Alaska Range, which bodes well for all climbers on Mount McKinley. Several expeditions are currently underway. You can track a particular expedition’s progress throughout their climb by reading the McKinley Dispatches. The 2009 Mount McKinley Dates are now available and we are taking reservations. Qualified applicants may register for an upcoming climb at the 2008 price! If you have any questions about our Alaska programs, give our office a call and talk to Joe Horiskey who has logged 23 expeditions on this mountain alone.
International Programs

ELBRUS VINSON MASSIF	UPCOMING PROGRAMS Our next international program will depart on July 27th to climb Russia's Mount Elbrus followed closely by two groups heading to Tanzania for a climb of Kilimanjaro. In late summer we will head back to the Himalayas with a climb of Cho Oyu. The fall season brings climbs to Mexico, Ecuador and the start of Aconcagua Expeditions. Come join us!
